The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) announced today the addition of six new member clubs for the 2026-27 season, marking one of the largest single-season expansions in the league's history.

The new clubs include programs from Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, Utah, and two from the Carolinas โ€” regions identified by ECNL leadership as high-growth youth soccer markets underserved at the elite tier.

What this means for families

More ECNL programs mean more pathways to elite competition without cross-country travel. Families in states like Utah and Colorado now have local options at the highest club soccer tier, reducing the burden of regional travel on competitive schedules.

Tryout windows for the new member clubs are expected to open this summer. Search our club directory for ECNL programs near you.
